Job Description:
- Recruitment strategy planning
- Support employee engagement and / or employee activities
- Drive initiatives to improve candidate experience and employer branding
- Handle for all recruitment agreements
- Monthly report relate with HR
Qualifications
- Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 33-43 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology
- Minimum 7 years in recruitment or talent acquisition within IT / technology-related
- Good command in English will be advantage.
- Experience in leading or supervising recruitment team is preferred
- Working hour: Monday-Saturday, 08:30-17:30 As calendar, Flexible Working Hours
