Job Description:
-Manage day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and financial performance with full accountability, reporting directly to the CEO.
-Develop and drive corporate/mall brand strategy and ensure consistency across all touch points.
Qualifications
-Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 45-55 years old.
-Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration or Management.
-10+ years in shopping mall / property / retail operations management, with at least
3-5 years in a senior/GM-level role.
-Budgeting & financial control, tenant relationship management.
-Good command in English.
-Working hour: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00.
