Job Description:
-Manage and maintain company rules, regulations, and HR policies.
-Oversee attendance control systems and employee disciplinary processes.
-Conduct new employee orientation programs.
-Promote employee satisfaction and engagement initiatives.
-Oversaw end-to-end recruitment processes.
-Coordinate employee evaluation and performance assessment processes.
-Support talent development and succession planning initiatives.
Qualifications
-Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 30-35 years old..
-Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Law, Human Resource Management or
-Have Experience 5 years in Overall HRM related fields.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Detail-oriented with good organizational skills for documentation.
-Good Command in English.
-Working hour: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00. / 1-2 Saturday depend on calendar
