Director of Information Technology - บริษัท เอ็ม บี เค จำกัด (มหาชน)

This role is responsible for driving IT strategy, digital transformation, enterprise applications, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and infrastructure to enable business growth and operational excellence. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders to align technology initiatives with organizational goals and deliver innovative digital solutions.

Candidates with experience in ERP implementation or management, particularly Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP platforms, will be highly preferred.

• Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and manage IT Operations, Software Development, Infrastructure, and Digital Transformation teams.
• Oversee end-to-end technology projects, from business analysis and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Manage and enhance enterprise applications, including ERP, Business Intelligence, and other business systems.
• Partner with business leaders to understand business needs and recommend technology solutions.
• Manage IT budgets, technology investments, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data governance, IT compliance, and business continuity standards are maintained.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve business performance.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing technology teams.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale IT projects.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Software Development, Cloud Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data Management, and Enterprise Applications.
• Experience in organizational change management and technology transformation.
