Responsibilities
- ให้การปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้น
- ซักประวัติ การสัมภาษณ์ ผู้รับบริการ และผู้ปกครองอย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วน
- จัดกิจกรรมการพยาบาลที่เหมาะสมกับผู้รับบริการ และประเมินผลการปฏิบัติ การพยาบาลทุกเวร
- กำกับ ตรวจสอบ การตรวจ สุขภาพผู้รับบริการตามตารางที่กำหนด และตรวจสอบการรายงานผล
- ให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำ และร่วมแก้ไขปัญหาผู้รับบริการกับทีมบำบัดฟื้นฟู
- ให้ความรู้ด้านสุขภาพกับผู้รับบริการ และร่วมทำการสอนตามตาราง หรือตามความเหมาะสม
- จัดทำรายงานและบันทึกข้อมูลประวัติผู้รับบริการให้ครอบคลุมครบถ้วน
Qualifications
- เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 25- 45 ปี
- อัธยาศัยดี เอาใจใส่คนไข้ มีใจรักในงานบริการและงานพยาบาล
- ขยัน อดทน กระตือรือร้น รับผิดชอบ ตรงต่อเวลา สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม
- รักการเรียนรู้ และพัฒนาตนเองอยู่เสมอ พร้อมที่จะเติบโตไปกับองค์กร
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้ ยืดหยุ่นเวลาทำงาน และทำงานเป็นกะได้
- มีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลผู้ป่วย หรือ ดูแลผู้ติดยาเสพติด
