Responsibilities
- ประสานงานและดูแลผู้เข้ารับบริการ- ประสานงานระหว่างผู้รับบริการและทีมงานภายใน เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปตามแผน- แก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นและให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้รับบริการอย่างมืออาชีพ- ดูแลความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าและสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีในระยะยาว
Qualifications
- อายุ 23-40 ปี- จบปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้คล่องแคล่ว- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และรักงานบริการ- มีศิลปะในการสื่อสาร และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
