Responsibilities
- ดูแลและติดตามเคสของผู้รับบริการตั้งแต่ต้นจนสิ้นสุดกระบวนการรักษา/บำบัด- วางแผน ติดตาม และอัปเดตความคืบหน้าของแต่ละเคส- ให้ข้อมูล คำแนะนำ และตอบข้อซักถามของลูกค้า- รายงานสถานะ ปัญหา และแนวทางแก้ไขต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- อายุ 27-40 ปี- ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะได้เป็นอย่างดี- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้คล่องแคล่ว- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี- มีความระเอียดรอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และสามารถรักษาความลับของผู้เข้ารับบริการได้
