Responsibilities
- Prepare and summarize monthly commission statements for submission to the Accounting Department.
- Prepare and summarize monthly rental payment statements for submission to the Accounting Department.
- Collect and prepare relevant documents, including invoices and receipts, for submission to the Accounting Department.
- Review payment supporting documents for various projects and conduct further verification when discrepancies or concerns are identified.
- Coordinate with contractual partners regarding inquiries related to rental fees, payment cycles, and the submission of additional payment supporting documents.
- Verify the accuracy of contract information against payment processing files.
- Process rental fee waivers for projects undergoing renovation or improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, such as Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial work, statistics, or data-related tasks.
- Strong familiarity using office software.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage work independently.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, professional, and a strong team player.
- Knowledge of relevant laws such as contract law and corporate law; experience in contract management will be considered an advantage.
