Responsibilities
1. Manage and supervise the team in reviewing contract drafts through the Lark system
Ensure contract review accuracy is maintained at no less than 95%.
2. Update Preface information (Weekly)
Update Preface information in the online file every Wednesday and remove incorrect records based on notifications.
3. Maintain Entry By information (TUK System) and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
Ensure data accuracy in the system and communicate updates with related employees.
4. Manage the team in preparing and validating commission and rental information
Ensure commission files align with signed contracts and TUK records, including preparation and validation of monthly rental files before submission to the Finance Department.
5. Review renewal project reports for HQ (Monthly)
Validate and confirm the completeness of renewal contract information prepared by the admin team.
6. Update contract status and prepare reports for the Sales team (Daily / Monthly)
Maintain contract status updates and provide monthly summary reports accordingly.
7. Lead and supervise the admin team to support the BP Senior Supervisor
Drive team performance, promote collaboration, maintain effective communication, and support structured problem-solving.
8. Provide administrative support and consultation
Guide, support, and assist the admin team in resolving operational issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, such as Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial work, statistics, or data-related tasks.
- Strong familiarity using office software.
- Strong communication, cross-functional coordination, and team management skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, professional, and a strong team leader.
- HSK Level 5 or above, or equivalent practical Chinese language proficiency.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate strong management capabilities.
- For Chinese candidates, proficiency in Thai communication (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is required to ensure effective coordination with local teams and daily operations.
