Responsibilities
- Conduct first-stage cold calls to identify, qualify, and collect valuable leads for the sales team
- Proactively approach and pitch potential clients currently advertising on competitor OOH/digital screens, positioning our inventory as an alternative
- Prepare & present proposals to potential clients
- Open new accounts and maintain good relationships with existing customers
- Provide ongoing support to clients and resolve any related issues
- Ensure all activities align with partner strategy and customer business plans (e.g., assortment, promotion plan, trade terms, etc.)
- Handle complaints and negotiations professionally
- Maintain frequent contact with assigned clients to understand evolving needs
- Responsible for all sales documentation (contracts, proposals, reports, client records) with 100% accuracy
- Track and report on lead conversion rates and pipeline status to sales management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- 1–2 years of sales experience in advertising, OOH, or digital media preferred (ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่)
- Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and lead qualification skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and ownership over documentation
- Comfortable using CRM tools and basic reporting/spreadsheet software
- Flexible and able to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts
