Responsibilities
- Assist the Procurement Supervisor in following up on purchase orders.
- Complete price inquiry and comparison for the responsible product category, seeking the best quality suppliers for the company.
- Be responsible for managing suppliers in the product category, continuously optimizing the supply chain, maintaining good cooperative relationships, ensuring timely response to demands, completing all order follow-ups for the responsible product category, and confirming delivery date, quantity, specifications, and other information with suppliers.
- Contact suppliers for returning or replenishing products with quality issues in the responsible product category.
- Complete the reconciliation and payment work for suppliers in the responsible product category.
- Complete the data statistics work for responsible orders.
- Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a purchasing specialist, with a certain understanding of the consumer goods market, possessing certain supplier resources, and capable of independently handling the procurement project from its early to late stages
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in using office software, and basic knowledge of the internet;
- Good cost control awareness, making every effort to control costs for the company and always safeguarding the overall interests of the company;
- Good negotiation skills, adept at negotiating cooperation with suppliers
- Responsible, strong execution ability, good communication and coordination skills, and team spirit
