Senior Sale Order Processing Officer - บริษัท อีเลคโทรลักซ์ โปรเฟสชั่นแนล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

JOB PURPOSE

• Handle daily order processing tasks for assigned customers
• Monitoring pricing and promotion conditions are correctly maintained in the Darwin-OTC system
• Coordinate with the 3rd party logistics provider to arrange delivery to customers based on agreed lead time
• Preparing documents and contacting forwarders to arrange export shipments to costomers
• Leading the daily outbound logistics operation and service provider to meet requirement
• Ensure the daily operation issue from service provider have communicate to team for problem solving
• Escalate to manaegment if there are risk to miss the wholesale or potential penalty freight will occur
• Expedite the urgent shipment to support Sell/Product testing and ensure all premium freight spending effectively and reasonable compare with the opportunity lost
• Analysis the outbound cost and activities to find more saving initiatives or operation improvement
• Verify monthly logistics spending and analysis the variance
• Preparing data for reporting and presentation to customs or management 
• Conducting various other related logistics task as requested
• Monitoring and ensuring the delivery of shipments in accordance with required delivery schedules
• Handling export/customs issues
• Ensure the availability of cost certification of origin for apply FTA to customer
• Follow and drive KPI result with analysis report to supervisor
• Follow with ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO9001 and ISO5001 system
• Internal auditor for ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO9001 and ISO 5001 system
• Responsible the KPI progress result
• Responsible for Risk assessment program
• Comply with occupational Health & Safety law, standard, rules, regulation, requirements and commitments related to the company
• Consulting and supporting the safety active participation in part concerned for committee

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Economic, Business Administration and Management or related field

EXPERIENCE

1-2 years experiences in logistics job function in manufacturing environment

MAJOR SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS

• Good IT operational knowledge in international ERP systems like SAP, JDE,OTC , Linked application eg.Pride
• Strong personality to manage and control logistics provider effectively
• Able to communicate and deal effectively with people at all difference levels both Thai and English
• Maturity, Energetic, Systematic thinking, Service mind, Problem solving
• Knowledge in privilege would be preferable
• Good computer skills
• Required TOEIC score
• Competence in customs, export issues like HS codes is seen as an avantage
• World Class Manufacturing knowledge
