Responsibilities
- Present and sell Carmen Software solutions to hotels, resorts, and related businesses
- Identify and develop new business opportunities (e.g., hotel owners, hotel management companies, entrepreneurs)
- Schedule meetings, deliver product presentations, and conduct system demonstrations
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions tailored to their business
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with technical, implementation, and related teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Record and update customer data, sales activities, and pipeline status in the company system
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the manager
- Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience in B2B sales; experience in software, technology, or hospitality industry is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
- Results-driven with the ability to work under targets
- Positive attitude toward customer service and strong teamwork skills
- Knowledge or experience with hotel systems (e.g., PMS, POS, ERP, accounting systems) is a plus
