• Development of proven methods, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and the quality of results.
• Design, operation, testing and upgrading of systems and processes.
• Manage cost and time constraints.
• Carrying out risk assessments.
• Analysis of existing processes for a target-actual comparison.
• Guidance and training of employees.
• Interface between QM/maintenance and production departments.
• Support set-up and servicing staff during machine retrofits.
• Provide hand – over and training when transferring products or processes to serial. production, including required documentation.
• Lead onsite trial and sampling phase, for changes and new launches
• As per assignment from direct supervisor.

·       Bachelor Degree of Engineering, electrical, process or mechatronics is preferred.

·       5 years experiences of production in Automotive parts will be advantage.

·       Hand-on and ability to work in a team.

·       Good English communication skill in reading, written and speaking.

·       Core tools: APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP.

·       Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Good knowledge in IATF 16949/ ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.

·       Experience in SAP and Visio System.
