Responsibilities
- Process design and optimization, jig-fixture-tools design, issue SOP or WI, Line balance, Cycle time preparation.
- Root cause analysis and yield improvement, scrap reduction, problem solving in assembly line and customer feedback.
- Create and maintain production documentation for machine- jig-fixture-tools in assembly process and product related.
- knowledge of manufacturing technologies and pneumatic systems.
- To handle ECN, ECR, PCN from customer and internal.
- Able to take leadership, assign job for subordinate and manage job on schedule.
- Parts, products qualification and verification incase found some issued to optimize loss.
- Product design improvement, local part or 2nd supplier trial and evaluation support.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process production.
- General support assembly line-related process engineers ensure smooth process production.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineer or related.
- Experience in mechanical engineering/production engineering/process engineering/IE engineering and design: 5-10 years.
- Experience in AutoCAD and/or Solid Work 3D software to design jig-fixture-tools and design line layout or alternative.
- Process design and improvement, Root cause analysis and yield improvement, Design for manufacturing.
- leadership potential
- Good Microsoft, outlook, MS 365, solid work
- Problem-Solving Skill
- Analysis skill.
- SPC, ISO9001 certificate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong communication skills in English (speaking, writing, and reading). English Test - Fluently
