Responsibilities
- Oversee preparation of full-set financial statements: Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow Statement, and Statement of Changes in Equity.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with accuracy and within deadlines.
- Maintain general ledger integrity, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
- Prepare and submit consolidated financial reports to the China head office per group reporting schedule.
- Monitor and analyze Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM), Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and production variances.
- Control Bill of Materials (BOM) costing, work-in-progress (WIP) accounting, and finished goods inventory valuation.
- Coordinate with Production and Supply Chain on material consumption, scrap, and yield reporting.
- Manage all financial and accounting aspects of Free Zone operations (IEAT Free Zone / BOI).
- Ensure full compliance with Thai Revenue Code: Corporate Income Tax (CIT), VAT (PP.30/PP.36), Withholding Tax (WHT).
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax returns accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with Thailand-China Double Tax Treaty (DTT) provisions where applicable.
- Manage daily cash flow, bank accounts, and short-term liquidity planning.
- Thai tax compliance (CIT, VAT, WHT) and transfer pricing/Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust internal control systems .
- Coordinate with external auditors (Thai statutory audit) and internal auditors from China head office.
- Ensure audit readiness at all times; lead resolution of audit findings
- Conduct periodic internal audits on inventory, fixed assets, and financial transactions.
- Oversee finance and accounting modules in ERP systems (SAP, D365, or equivalent).
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants and finance staff.
- Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and build team capability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in accounting/finance manager, with at least 3 years in a managerial role and project costing controlling
- in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA (Thailand) or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred
- Fluent english comminication.
- Manufacturing cost accounting (standard cost, BOM, WIP, variance analysis)
- Audit work experience is desirable. (in manufacturing)
- Working Manufacturing with Chinese Company
- Sound knowledge of Thai GAAP
- High sense of loyalty and responsibility to the team
- Strong in developing and implementing internal control processes.
