Responsibilities
- Develop and implement administrative activities to support business operations
- Manage the annual budget of office facilities, travelling, transportation, and accommodations
- Monitor office expenses such as leases, electricity, water supply, copy machines, stationary, internet, and telephone both landline and mobile) as targeted budget
- Plan for office layout and ensure the office environment is hygienic, clean, and safe.
- Supervise facilities functions
- Improve and standardize employees’ and customers’ paid items such as air tickets, transportation, accommodation, and reimbursements, etc.
- Enhance cooperation and relationships with government sectors such as District Office, DBD, Electricity Office, Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand, etc.
- Responsible for administration and general affairs, including BOI position, VISA, and work permit.
- Ensure all expats comply with all regulations during their stay in Thailand.
- Promote and present Company image to customers, employees, and business partners, both local and foreign country
- Manage customer and executive visit and reception activities
- Other jobs assigned by executives
Qualifications
- Age preferably 28-35 years
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or another relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in administration (manufacturing)
- Is creative with a good personality, perseverance and the ability to think in their feet
- Enjoys learning new things.
- Communicates well in English
- Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
