Responsibilities
- Establish and enhance IT management policies, procedures, processes, training, inspections, and record-keeping, aligning with the Group's IT system and information security management plan.
- Manage and control the annual IT budget, encompassing IT hardware and software assets, operational services, technical support, outsourcing, IT projects, and leasing expenses.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and management of internal office systems and industrial IT systems.
- Manage enterprise data backup systems, disaster recovery, and testing plans to ensure system security.
- Manage IT assets including servers, switches, routers, IoT devices, user computers, CCTV, and access control systems.
- Monitor and maintain network platforms to ensure data and network security.
- Manage network and system security, covering identity and access management, MLPS 2.0 certification, data encryption/decryption, VLAN ACL, internal IT security audits, SD-WAN/VPN, and centralized policy control.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of operating systems (Windows/Linux), Microsoft 365, enterprise applications, email clients, networks, monitoring systems, access control systems, and IT infrastructure rooms.
- Manage company network and data center operations, including the configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of servers, network devices, and security equipment.
- Manage end-user devices such as computers, workstations, printers, copiers, fax machines, scanners, projectors, and CCTV systems, including their full lifecycle management.
- Maintain data center operations, regularly monitoring system performance, status, and security.
- Propose and implement server upgrades and improvements.
- Develop, maintain, and audit compliance with network security, data security, and confidentiality policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Network Security, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in enterprise network management, data center management, IT security, or system maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in managing servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and security systems, coupled with proven troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience with infrastructure setup for new building projects.
- Demonstrated strong learning ability, communication, teamwork, execution, and strategic thinking skills.
- Good English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Experience in container/cloud-native or hyperconverged systems is a plus.
- Ability to support office equipment and implement proactive monitoring systems is a plus.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
