Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, network, printer, and other IT-related issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, applications, PCs, notebooks, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, network equipment, and IT devices.
- Create and manage user accounts, permissions, passwords, and access rights.
- Support Active Directory (AD) and basic network administration.
- Maintain and update the company’s IT Asset Inventory, including computers, monitors, printers, and other equipment.
- Prepare computers, accounts, email, and system access for new employee onboarding.
- Perform routine maintenance, software updates, backup checks, and basic IT security tasks.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
- Provide basic IT guidance and training to employees.
- Support other IT projects assigned by the IT Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of IT support experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting production users, office users, computers, printers, and network devices
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, hardware, and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP and Active Directory
- Basic to good English communication skills
- Service-minded, responsible, and able to work independently
