Responsibilities
1.Responsible for overall BOI – Free Zone operations.
2.Prepare documents related to BOI – Free Zone.
3.Take care BOI-Free Zone process when importing material and machines that are used in production.
4.Coordinate supplier overseas for all the processes related to BOI- Free Zone.
5.Managing operations under Customs regulations, BOI-Free Zone privilege, and others required for inbound-outbound shipments delivered on time with cost management.
6.Preparing the documents for Customs clearance processes.
7.Providing and informing the shipment customers with the related shipping documents such as Invoices, Packing lists, Bill of Landing. etc.
8.Provide import and export shipping documents and submission of import/export declarations to the customs system;
9. Prepare and submit a report to BOI as required;
10. Performs other duties as required or assigned and deals with matters arising in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications
- Age preferably 30-50 years
- Diploma or higher in logistics, business administration or another relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics and BOI and communications.
- Is creative with a good personality, perseverance and the ability to think in their feet
- Enjoys learning new things in the field and communicates well in English
- Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Possesses skills for statistical data analysis and data-based planning, development and improvement of logistics and BOI.
