Responsibilities
- Gather, clarify, and document business requirements with users.
- Coordinate IT projects and follow up on actions, issues, timelines, and dependencies through to closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams, group companies, and external vendors.
- Support UAT, incident/issue follow-up, and related project documentation.
- Prepare concise project status, issues, risks, and decision points for management discussion.
- Follow up on vendor deliverables, quotations, scope of work, MA and support activities, and project commitments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 7 years working experience in IT or related fields.
- Relevant experience in a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Application Coordinator, PMO, or Solution/IT Consultant role.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Strong ownership and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and concurrent activities.
- General understanding of IT applications and systems.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience working with outsourced vendors or internal IT service providers.
- Functional English communication skills are preferred.
- Insurance industry knowledge is an advantage.
