Responsibilities
- Provide Japanese–Thai–English interpretation for patients, doctors, and hospital staff to ensure accurate communication.
- Assist Japanese and international patients before, during, and after medical treatment.
- Provide information on medical services, doctor schedules, specialties, treatment procedures, and costs.
- Coordinate appointments, confirmations, rescheduling, and emergency notifications.
- Visit inpatients and follow up on patient conditions and satisfaction after discharge.
- Assist and coordinate international insurance cases, including eligibility verification and communication with insurance companies.
- Translate medical and related documents, including consent forms, brochures, and internal documents.
- Coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare work reports and submit them to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English or a third foreign language
- GPA: 3.0 or higher
- Foreign language certificates (e.g., JPLT N3 ), Relevant certificates in foreign languages.
- Experience in foreign languages (English + a third language)
- Experience as an interpreter/translator
- Experience in hospitals or related organizations
- Service-minded, friendly, and professional
- Good interpersonal skills, adaptable to others
- Sense of Ownership
- Good personality, proactive, and continuously developing
