Responsibilities
- To track, control and reconcile the technician clocking vs sold hour report to the workshop and dealer manager
- To process local dealer’s suppliers related to the workshop activity purchasing end-to-end process.
- Responsible for the consumable materials inventory management and control
- Manage service agreement claim to meet KPIs
- Coordinate with the workshop planner, and service advisor for administrative related work
- Lead and responsible any assignment from the dealer manager for a project
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degrees in any related fields
- Understand workshop process both general repair and body parts.
- Service agreement process.
- Understand workshop process both general repair and body parts.
- Basic inventory management and control.
- Sourcing and purchasing management experience
- Experienced in managing workshop admin activity for the size of 40 technicians as minimum
- Basic English communication for writing and reading email.
- Strong in computer skill i.e. MS Office
- Advance Excel VBA is an advantage
- Hard working with services mind-set
- Good Interpersonal skill, influencing skill and negotiation skill
