Responsibilities
About the role
We are seeking Officer Full Loop Services to join our team in Khlong Toei, Bangkok. This position focuses on end-to-end shipment coordination and documentation to support our customer service excellence. You will play a key role in issuing documents, coordinating with overseas colleagues, and monitoring shipment status to ensure a seamless logistics experience for our clients.

What you'll be doing
- Create BL's and send out to carrier or customer as per request
- Check and amend the BL’s as per request
- Coordinate with carrier, customer and agent at destination
- Investigate the issue of customer to operations side
- Monitor, check, and follow up the operate email
- Send out the final documents and other related documents
- Update status of shipment in the system
- Create and submit the document in the system and send out to customer/ overseas colleagues
- Any other tasks assigned by superior
Qualifications
- Candidates who are able to work the afternoon shift (1:00 PM – 10:30 PM) or night shift (9:00 PM – 6:30 AM) will be given special consideration. A shift allowance is provided for eligible employees.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- New graduates are welcomed or experienced in Logistics field would be advantage
- Good command of English
- Good team player and Operational Skill
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Program
- Strong interpersonal skill, good coordination, good relation, and service mind
