Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations
- Develop and review annual occupational health, safety, and environmental action plans
- Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures in operational areas
- Investigate accidents or hazardous incidents and propose preventive actions
- Provide regular safety training and awareness programs for employees
- Coordinate with relevant government agencies and prepare statutory reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
- Possess a professional Safety Officer license (Jor Por Wichacheep)
- 3-10 years of experience in occupational health, safety, and environment roles
- Strong understanding of safety laws and regulations
- Good communication and presentation skills regarding safety matters
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Detail-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
