Design Engineer - บริษัท ฟูจิคูระ คอนเนค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

1) Design and develop new products based on customer requirements, specifications, and project timelines.

2) Create and improve product and component designs to ensure optimum functionality, quality, reliability, and manufacturability.

3) Prepare and maintain 2D/3D engineering drawings, technical specifications, and design documentation.

4) Optimize product designs to reduce manufacturing costs while maintaining product quality and performance.

5) Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles to improve production efficiency.

6) Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Process Engineering, Purchasing, and Sales to support new product development (NPD) and engineering changes.

7) Conduct design verification, prototype evaluation, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for design-related issues.

8) Ensure products comply with customer specifications, industry standards, and company quality requirements.

9) Support engineering change management (ECN/ECR) and continuous improvement activities.

10) Drive innovation by developing new product concepts and improving existing products to meet customer expectations.

• •  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics 
                 Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • 0–5 years of experience in Product Design, Mechanical Design, Design Engineering, or New Product Development (Fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Knowledge of 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, NX, Inventor, or AutoCAD is an advantage.
  • Understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), GD&T, and engineering drawing standards.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, stamping, molding, sheet metal, or assembly is preferred.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to communicate in English and work effectively in a cross-functional team.
  • Experience in the Automotive, Electronics, Connector, or Industrial Manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
