Responsibilities

1) Carry out machine maintenance activities in accordance with the established plan.

2) Review activities to identify deficiencies and define improvement actions to enhance both quality and cost efficiency.

3) Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure awareness of operational plans and schedules that may impact work processes.

4) Execute and improve activities to ensure operations meet the defined schedules and targets.

5) Communicate outcomes and relevant operational results to all concerned departments.

6) Promote and drive the adoption of successful practices as standard operating procedures.

7) Monitor and follow up on performance after improvements to ensure compliance with established guidelines, coordinating with area owners and making corrections where necessary.

8) Summarize operational performance on a monthly, semi-annual, and annual basis, including past issues and corrective actions.

9) Prepare the annual operational plan and present it for approval.

10) Supervise and manage staff within the responsible section to ensure compliance with company rules and policies.
