Responsibilities

We are looking for a finance leader with strong manufacturing cost accounting experience who understands electronics manufacturing operations, partners effectively with factory management, and can transform financial data into actionable business insights that improve productivity, reduce costs, and support sustainable business growth.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Cost Management Manager to lead our accounting and manufacturing finance functions in an electronics manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely month-end closing, robust internal controls, and compliance with TFRS, BOI, and corporate policies.
As a strategic Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Management to drive manufacturing cost optimization, productivity improvement, profitability, and sustainable business growth through data-driven financial analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead month-end and year-end financial closing and statutory reporting.
• Manage manufacturing cost accounting, including standard costing, inventory valuation, cost variance analysis, and profitability analysis.
• Partner with factory operations to improve productivity, yield, and cost efficiency through Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing KPIs, including Scrap, Rework, Yield, and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
• Ensure compliance with TFRS, BOI regulations, transfer pricing requirements, and internal control standards.
• Prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for headquarters.
• Support ESG and Carbon Neutrality reporting through financial analysis and sustainability performance monitoring.
• Lead and develop the Accounting team while driving finance process improvement and digitalization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (CPA preferred).
• Minimum 8–10 years of accounting experience, including at least 5 years in manufacturing cost accounting.
• Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting, Financial Closing, Inventory Accounting, BOI, and Transfer Pricing.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, etc.).
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and business partnering skills.
• Good command of English.
