Responsibilities
Customer Service Management
• Manage and improve customer service operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism
• Develop service policies, workflows, and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Build and develop a high-performing customer service team
• Gather customer feedback and continuously improve service quality
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
• Manage relationships with key accounts and professionally resolve complex customer issues
Warehouse & Transportation Management
• Oversee overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and delivery
• Ensure compliance with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and relevant regulatory requirements
• Improve warehouse layout and operational processes for greater efficiency
• Manage transportation operations including route planning, carrier selection, and cost control
• Ensure on-time, safe, and high-quality product deliveries
• Utilize inventory control systems effectively
• Manage third-party logistics providers (3PL)
• Lead operational improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality
• Ensure all operations comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards
Qualifications
🔹 Qualifications
• Male or Female, aged between 30–40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
• Master’s degree will be an advantage
• At least 8–10 years of experience in customer service management and warehouse/transportation operations
• Strong knowledge of GDP and pharmaceutical industry regulations
• Hands-on experience in warehouse and transportation management
• Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management System) and TMS (Transportation Management System)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and team management skills
• Good communication skills in both Thai and English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage urgent situations professionally
