Responsibilities
- Prepare, draft, and review legal documents for both domestic and international business transactions, including Sales and purchase agreements, Memorandums of Understanding / Memorandums of Agreement (MOU/MOA), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Power of Attorney documents, international trade-related documents, including Incoterms, Documents and clauses related to international arbitration
- Support litigation and legal dispute matters, including studying and analyzing court jurisdiction, conducting legal research on international laws and laws of trading partner countries, collecting evidence and preparing supporting legal documents, supporting and monitoring the company’s legal proceedings
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including Law firms, Customers, Government agencies, and Business partners
- Negotiate legal and business terms to protect and maximize the company’s interests.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, International Business Law, Business Law, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in legal work, contract management, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of business contract drafting and contract review
- Knowledge of international trade law and business law
- Strong negotiation, legal analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Good legal research and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and international law firms
- Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing (Toeic 600+)
- Lawyer license will be an advantage
