Responsibilities
- รับผิดชอบตรวจสอบการบันทึกบัญชีด้านเจ้าหนี้การค้า และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ๆ ในระบบ ERP/โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป สำหรับบริษัทในเครือให้เป็นไปตามรอบการจ่ายของบริษัทและมีความถูกต้องตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนดตรวจสอบรายงานภาษีซื้อ รายงานภาษีขาย และภาษีเงินได้หัก ณ ที่จ่าย ประจำเดือน
- ตรวจสอบการบันทึกบัญชีและเอกสารประกอบให้ถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
- สรุปรายการจ่ายชำระตามรอบ และดำเนินการขึ้นระบบ Payment ของธนาคาร
- สอบทานและกระทบยอดรายการ (Reconciliation) รายการบัญชี สรุปผลต่างและรายการปรับปรุงที่เหมาะสม
- รับผิดชอบและตรวจสอบต้นทุนสินค้า (Inventory Costing) และรวบรวมข้อมูลด้านต้นทุนผลิต และสินค้าคงเหลือจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านบัญชี 3 – 5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ บัญชีต้นทุน ธุรกิจผลิตและขายสินค้าผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ ได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความพร้อมในการเริ่มงานทันที
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
- ERP (Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central, โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Express), Excel
