1. Operations & Shipment Coordination

• Oversee and manage day-to-day international freight forwarding operations (Air / Sea / Land) for import and export shipments.

• Coordinate with carriers, co-loaders, overseas agents, and local vendors to schedule transport, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.

• Monitor operational workflows, resolve shipment delays, and handle unexpected operational issues or disputes effectively.

2. Vendor Management & Cost Control

• Liaise with carriers, shipping lines, and logistics vendors to confirm space allocation, booking status, and service delivery.

• Review and verify operational charges, freight costs, fuel surcharges, and accessorial fees to support cost optimization.

• Track vendor and carrier performance, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

3. RFQ Support & Cross-Team Collaboration

• Support RFQ/RFP processes by providing accurate operational requirements, lead times, and cost estimates.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Customs Clearance, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operational execution and billing accuracy.

• Ensure all import/export documentation and customs compliance requirements are fully met.

4. Data Analysis & Performance Reporting

• Collect, track, and analyze key operational metrics (KPIs), such as on-time delivery rates and transit times.

• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.

• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in international freight forwarding operations (Air/Sea Freight).

• Experience at a Supervisory or Lead level is strongly preferred.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.

• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
