Responsibilities
- Engage Thai parents with children aged 3-15 to attend trial Chinese and English lessons via phone or Line chat.
- Collect customer information, record feedback, and accurately transfer follow-up details to course consultants.
- Provide professional course introductions and consultation, answer customer inquiries, and enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with superiors to meet daily call volume targets and achieve individual appointment quotas.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher.
- Proven outbound telemarketing skills, preferably in education or related industries.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly understand customer needs and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and perseverance, capable of managing multiple customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to maintain stable performance over time.
