Responsibilities
- ค้นหาและคัดเลือก Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) และ Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) ที่เหมาะสมกับแบรนด์และแคมเปญ
- ติดต่อ ประสานงาน และเจรจาเงื่อนไขกับ KOLs และ KOCs เพื่อเข้าร่วมแคมเปญ
- วางแผนและดำเนินงานร่วมกับ KOLs และ KOCs เพื่อสร้างสรรค์คอนเทนต์และแคมเปญการตลาด
- ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินงานของแคมเปญที่ทำร่วมกับ KOLs และ KOCs เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพ
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลแคมเปญและนำเสนอต่อหัวหน้างาน
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับเครือข่าย KOLs และ KOCs
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการตลาด นิเทศศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการ KOLs หรือ KOCs 2-4 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจในแพลตฟอร์มโซเชียลมีเดียต่างๆ เช่น TikTok, Instagram, Facebook และ YouTube
- ทักษะการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง และการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- ความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและประเมินผลแคมเปญ
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบริหารจัดการหลายแคมเปญพร้อมกันได้
- หากมีเครือข่าย KOLs หรือ KOCs อยู่แล้ว จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
