Responsibilities
- ประสานงานและให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรการเรียนรู้แก่ลูกค้า
- ติดตามและดูแลความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า เพื่อให้มั่นใจในความพึงพอใจ
- นำเสนอและแนะนำหลักสูตรที่เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
- จัดการข้อมูลลูกค้าและบันทึกกิจกรรมการติดต่อในระบบ
Qualifications
- วุฒิประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) หรือปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการดูแลลูกค้าหรืองานขาย 1-2 ปี
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอข้อมูลได้อย่างชัดเจน
- มีความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาและให้บริการลูกค้าได้ดี
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ เช่น Microsoft Office
- มีความรับผิดชอบและละเอียดรอบคอบในการทำงาน
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจการศึกษาหรือฝึกอบรม จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
