Responsibilities
- Plan and implement maintenance strategies by establishing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to extend the service life of machinery and equipment.
- Perform repair and troubleshooting of machinery by conducting root cause analysis and responding promptly to emergency breakdowns to minimize disruption to the production process.
- Oversee and inspect machinery systems, electrical systems, and utility equipment to ensure they operate safely and comply with established standards.
- Support and participate in KAIZEN, 5S, and TPM initiatives to reduce operational losses and enhance production efficiency.
- Supervise and ensure that all personnel comply with company safety and environmental standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Age 27-29 Years. / Male only.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineer or Electrical Engineer.
- At least 5 years in maintenance function.
- Understanding of PLC system, Electronics, Electric system for industrial process.
- TOEIC 450 ++
- Can use 3D program or CAD program.
- ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
