Responsibilities
1. Schedule the supply of materials/components to meet production
requirements and minimum safety stock levels.
2. Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for material delivery
from supplier to point of fit.
3. Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions.
4. Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries.
5. Understand and manage risks to minimise impact on production schedule.
6. Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect
production.
7. Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets and support
continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas of improvement.
8. Utilise any Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) or IT system that is in place and ensure that data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required.
9. Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory
accuracy.
10. Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels.
11. Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy.
12. Minimise obsolete stock and ensure business is left with minimum liability.
13. Create regular statistical reports and analysis and update others in the organisation.
Qualifications
- Male only
- Age 23-30 years old.
- Bachelor degree in engineering , Marketing or related fields.
- Good communicate in English and Japanese.
- Good personality.
- Can work under pressure as well
- Have quotation skill is preferable.
- Can use computer all function. (Microsoft office)
- Have negotiation skills
- Broad Supply Chain process knowledge on both a tactical and strategic level
