Responsibilities

Manage new project development from kick-off through mass production.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Monitor project schedules, product development, tooling, sample trials, and production readiness.
Support new product introduction (NPI), engineering changes (ECN), and new model transfers.
Collaborate with Injection, Spray Painting, Pad Printing, Assembly, Quality, Production, and other related departments for smooth project execution.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and customer-required documents.
Track project progress, identify potential risks, and propose effective solutions.
Attend customer meetings and provide regular project status updates.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Project Engineering, New Product Introduction (NPI), Product Development, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Fluency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
Ability to work in Thailand.
Malaysian nationality is preferred.
Experience in Plastic Injection Manufacturing is a plus.
Experience with Secondary Processes such as Spray Painting, Pad Printing, or Assembly is an advantage.
Visa and Work Permit support will be provided by the company.
