• Requirement Gathering: Conduct site surveys and client interviews to define technical requirements and business needs
• Solution Design: Develop technical proposals, presentations, and detailed Bill of Quantities (BoQ) focused on Security, Networking, or Infrastructure.
• Sales Support: Partner with Account Managers to deliver compelling technical pitches and answer client queries during the sales process.
• Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge and certifications in assigned technology domains (e.g., Firewall, Switch, Storage).
• Documentation: Ensure all project-related technical documents are accurately archived and updated in the central system

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, or Cyber Security
• At least 3 years of experience working within the System Integrator (SI) business model.

Specific Requirement:

• Technical Certifications: Must hold professional certifications in Implementation or Engineering from major technology vendors (e.g., CCNP, NSE, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent).
• Resilience: Proven ability to work effectively and maintain composure in high-pressure environments and under tight project schedules.
