ผู้นำทีมพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ ที่พร้อมเข้ามาบริหารโปรเจกต์ คุมงาน Outsource และพาทีมส่งมอบงานระบบที่มีคุณภาพ

• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee software/application development projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and compliance with quality standards.
• Framework Implementation: Define and implement standard project management frameworks across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Product Expertise: Study and thoroughly understand the software, applications, and technology solutions offered, sold, or partnered by the company; effectively present and articulate their value propositions to stakeholders.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Oversee, coordinate, and manage external partners and outsourced development vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient execution.
• Internal Team Leadership: Supervise and manage the internal development team within the Digital Innovation unit.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Collaborate closely with the service team to manage, support, and provide technical guidance or troubleshooting for application projects.
• Training & Enablement: Conduct training sessions for internal teams and relevant stakeholders on the software and applications in use.
• Professional Development: Actively pursue and obtain relevant software and technical certifications as required by the organization.

• Advanced communication, collaboration, and high-level negotiation skills.
• Exceptional adaptability and high flexibility in dynamic environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both Thai and English (written and verbal).

Preferred: Experience working with large enterprise clients or large-scale corporate organizations is a significant plus.
