CNC Programmer - Aeroworks Group

Location: Leam Chabang Industrial Estate (Free Zone 2)

***Working: 6 Days/Week***

Job Descriptions:

• Make CNC Program of parts from 3D model by using Computer software for Turning and Turn-mill machines.
• Capable of setting of machine by self with the program being made by self/others.
• Issue Program and guide the setup person for efficient setup of the machine.
• Consider tools required to cut particular material and program machines accordingly.
• Perform quality assurance tests to ensure products meet design specifications.
• Job task must be performed “safely and satisfactorily” .
• Communicate with the superiors for any part irregularity, quality problems, machine malfunction or breakdown during setup.
• Monitor cycle time for the parts being made so that it remains within the stipulated time.
• Maintain work area in neat condition.
• Use and maintain personal tools as required by company policy.
• Assume other duties as directed by the superiors.

Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor degree in engineering or technical in machine tooling, mechanical related field.
• 2-5 years of previous machining experience, programming CNC machines, preferably with 4, 5 axis.
• Ability to read job orders, Drawings, measuring instruments (i.e. micrometers, calipers) and specifications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate with other personnel is required.
• Self-disciplined and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate in English with Superiors.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to handle Programming and follow up for setup by regular movement during working time.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate machinery for precision work
• Vision should be good enough to inspect machined parts closely to ensure that they meet specifications.
