CNC Manager - Aeroworks Group

Work Location: Laem Chabang Industrial Estate, Sriracha, Chonburi (Free Zone 1)

About the role:

Aeroworks is seeking a talented and experienced CNC Manager to join our dynamic team. As the CNC Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of CNC machinery, This is a full-time position based in Chonburi.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of CNC operators, technicians, and programmers.
• Ensure efficient and accurate operation of CNC machines and equipment.
• Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machines.
• Implement best practices and ensure adherence to quality control standards.
• Manage workflow, prioritize machining jobs, and allocate resources to meet production targets.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, skill development, and training plans..
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Able to operate CNC machine & able to program CNC machine.
• Work under high pressure and manage unexpected production issues.
• Manage unexpected issues effectively (machine breakdowns, urgent orders, quality issues).

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Industrial, Production, Mechanical, or related field).
• Minimum 10-15 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining and operations, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry, including multi-axis (3–5 axis) machining.
• Experience in machining complex components, tight tolerances, and high-precision production.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or high-precision component manufacturing.
• Proficient in CNC Programming and Experience with CAD/CAM, SolidWorks, SolidCAM Software.
• Strong technical understanding of CNC technology, including programming, machine operation, and maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and management skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues quickly.
• Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proactive and able to plan work efficiently to manufacture and deliver parts according to KPIs.
• Experience in working with composite materials is preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Open to all NATIONALITIES, speaking Thai is a big advance point in case of foreigner.
• Must have working/management experience in Asia.
