QC Supervisor - Aeroworks Group

Can working 6 Days/week (Mon.-Sat.) (Work Location: Laem Chabang Industrial Estate, Sriracha, Chonburi) *The company does not provide employee shuttle service*
About the role Ensuring the Quality Control functions are following written specification requirements, measurement standards, turnaround time, and prevent the escape of incoming materials and finished products non-conformity.
The QC Supervisor shall do the following to accomplish the above:

• Ensure Quality Control functions adhere to written specifications, measurement standards, and turnaround times, preventing non-conformity in incoming materials and finished products.
• Manage the QC area to 5S standards.
• Plan and manage QC activities to achieve turnaround times and prevent non-conformity in incoming materials and finished products.
• Supervise and manage QC staff to achieve turnaround times and prevent non-conformity in incoming materials and finished products.
• Manage and control measuring equipment to ensure availability and conformity at all times.
• Ensure all measurements comply with written instructions, specifications, and drawings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

The QC Supervisor shall have following qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge and experience in precision machining.
• Knowledge and experience with precision machining measurement.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Control.
• Direct experience with AS9100 and/or ISO 9001.
• Strong systematic thinking, analytical skills, and adherence to a data-driven approach.
• Fair to good English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
