Project Planner - Aeroworks Group

Work Location: Leam Chabang Industrial Estate (Free Zone 2)*The Company does not provicde employee shuttle service*
The Project Planner/Project Planning shall do the following to accomplish the above:

• Plan inventory management processes to prevent shortages and excesses.
• Develop and manage production planning functions, including order planning, shop scheduling, and shipping plans.
• Effectively communicate with internal departments regarding potential production issues or needs.
• Provide regular updates on production status to managers and customers.
• Expedite operations that delay schedules and adjust schedules in response to unforeseen conditions.
• Support cross-plant and departmental teams and projects as required.
• Conduct weekly meetings to review orders for shortages and timeliness with all relevant departments.
• Monitor schedules to ensure on-time completion, shipment, and weekly sales order fulfillment.
• Monitor backorders and expedite products to stock.
• Maintain and review the production plan to adjust for forecast changes and unexpected sales.
• Monitor project progress to ensure completion within deadlines.
• Report Customer On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The Project Planner/Project Planning shall have following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Process Planner or Planning Engineer.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Understanding of various manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Ability to perform effectively under time and accuracy pressure.
