Qc Supervisor - Aeroworks Group

The QC Supervisor is responsible to ensure products produced and materials received are in compliance with customer requirements and/or company requirements. 

The QC Supervisor shall do the following to accomplish the above. 

•         Support the implementation and ensure that the requirements of the Quality Management System are put into practice on a permanent basis 

•         Establish QC inspection for incoming material, in process inspection and final inspection 

•         Ensure QC operator’s discipline with regards to inline QC inspection, problem escalation, housekeeping of QC working area and conformity of QC inspection records 

•         Supervision of the laboratory activities 

•         Encourage/Motivate team to follow guiding principle and Support Company’s goal 

•         Anything the Manager deems necessary 

The QC Supervisor shall have following qualifications: 

•         High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree, or 4 years of related work experience 

•         At least 3 years experience in Quality Control 

•         Direct experience with ISO 9001/AS9100

•         Have a good systematic thinking, analytical skill and adhere to data driven approach 

•         Good in English communication both written, spoken 

•         Ability to work collaborative with individuals in the organization in a team environment 

•         Computer skill for MS Office 

•         Certified internal auditor for ISO 9001/AS9100 is advantage
