Responsibilities
• Responsible for Design implementation and configuration of Microsoft products, such as Microsoft 365, Azure, or Microsoft Defender to meet client requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered during the operation of Microsoft products, offering guidance and support to ensure system stability.
• Provide assistance and support to both internal and external customers, including responding to queries and offering advice on product usage.
• Conduct research and develop best practices for Microsoft products to deliver high-quality service and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining environmental stability
• Provide technical support for internal and external customers
• Conducting required research and developing best practices
Qualifications
• 2- 5 years' experience in technical support
• Experience working with end users to troubleshoot and resolve their issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with good interpersonal, organization and customer services skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders
• Ability and flexibility to adapt to change, including shifting and competing priorities
• Passionate of Technology, Security, Microsoft Product
• Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good team player, self-starter and highly energetic
