Responsibilities
- Receive and log issues reported by users and customers
- Troubleshoot and provide basic IT support and consultation
- Remotely access and resolve basic technical issues for clients
- Analyze reported issues and escalate to the appropriate support teams for in-depth or technical resolution
- Coordinate and follow up on issue resolution progress with internal support teams and update users accordingly
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports as assigned
- May be required to work in a 24/7 shift schedule in the future
Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years' experience in Microsoft and new graduates are welcome
- Strong service mindset and good communication skills
- Basic understanding of IT systems, computers, or networking
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team and handle tasks responsibly
