Responsibilities

Identify and resolve technical issues related to application usage and technical workflows on cloud services architecture.
Performing system and cloud services configuration
Work closely and support sales team from a technical perspective.
Work closely with a team of architects and engineers to create technical documents and proposals.
Conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations, technical presentations, and sharing.
Assist the first-line customer support team in addressing technical issues from clients.
Collaborate with the internal development and product teams to ensure efficient progression in solving technical issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in roles related to Application Support or Cloud Administration
Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of Scripting/Programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Java
Effective communication skills (verbal and written) is preferred

In this Senior Cloud Engineer role, you will be a key contributor in identifying and resolving technical issues related to application usage and technical workflows within cloud services architecture. You will be responsible for configuring various systems and cloud services, and working closely with the sales team to provide essential technical support. Furthermore, you will collaborate with a team of architects and engineers to create comprehensive technical documents and proposals, and conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations, technical presentations, and knowledge sharing sessions. You will also assist the first-line customer support team in addressing client technical issues and work in conjunction with internal development and product teams to ensure efficient resolution of technical challenges.
