(1)   Technical Skills

• Design, build, develop, implement, deploy, and manage networking and security for scalable and secure cloud-based applications using AWS services and architectures in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Manage AWS environments, including setup, config, advanced monitoring, and optimization.
• Ensure cloud infrastructure security and compliance with AWS best practices and architecture.
• Assist in cost analysis and budget management for AWS resources.
• Create documents such as on-the-job training (OJT), manuals, project delivery, etc., with our customers.

• Consult and collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to detect business requirements and translate them into the best solutions.
• Participate in the full service life cycle from architectural design, implementation, and migration to post-implementation maintenance and operation support of the critical production systems for our customers.

• Support our customers with incidents, change requests, etc.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS services and infrastructure.
• Respond to incoming incidents and requests via all communication channels (Tel, e-mail, MS Teams, Line, etc.)
• Ensure incidents and requests are closed on time or within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Follow up on incidents and requests that remain with the team.
• Prioritize actions and escalations by problem severity and business impact.

• Thai Nationality / Age 22-30years
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with well-architected base cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Alibaba, GCP), preferably AWS.
• Proficient in AWS services such as IaaS as VPC, EC2, ELB, ASG, TGW, VPN, 53, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, EKS, etc.
• Solid understanding of Container Orchestration services, including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS tools and services.
• Basic knowledge of cloud security practices and infrastructure management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Having AWS Certificate is an advantage.
