We are seeking a talented and passionate Flutter Developer to join our growing mobile development team. You will be responsible for developing high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring our digital products to life. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and appealing mobile applications.
• Prioritize User Feedback: Quickly address user feedback and implement enhancements to improve usability and product adoption.
• Ensure Code Quality: Perform unit testing and maintain high standards of code quality to ensure the delivery of reliable and scalable applications.
• Utilize Version Control Systems: Use Git or other version control tools to manage code effectively and collaborate seamlessly with other developers.
• Develop and Maintain Flutter Applications: Design, develop, and maintain new and existing mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness across platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in Flutter development.
• Strong understanding of the Dart programming language and the Flutter framework.
• Experience working within Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficient in Dart and Flutter.
• Experience with state management solutions such as Provider or Riverpod.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, gRPC, and real-time data handling.
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture, networking, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.
• Understanding of financial services, banking processes, and related regulatory environments is a strong plus.
